Return & Refund Policy

At FENYRA Jewellery, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an eligible product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable.
  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear.
  • Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.

Non-Returnable Products

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products altered or modified by the customer
  • Products returned after the eligible return period
  • Any product specifically marked as non-returnable on its product page

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or through another applicable method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

For an incorrect, defective, or damaged product caused by FENYRA Jewellery, we will provide appropriate return instructions.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances of the return.
